Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and role, provided when your account is created. Business data: the products, inventory, orders, suppliers, customers, and documents you enter into the platform. Connected marketplace data: listings and orders from marketplaces you choose to connect (see section 3). Technical data: standard server logs and security events used to operate and protect the service.

We use your information solely to provide and operate the service: managing your catalog and inventory, processing orders and shipments, syncing your connected stores, providing support, and securing the platform. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for advertising.

When you connect a Shopify or Etsy shop, you authorize OrderTu through the marketplace's own secure authorization (OAuth) flow. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and we access only your own shop's data: the listings you publish from OrderTu and your orders so you can fulfill them. Buyer details included in marketplace orders are used solely to fulfill those orders — never for marketing, profiling, or resale. Etsy data is handled in accordance with the Etsy API Terms of Use, including its caching policy, and all checkout and payment remains on the marketplace. When you disconnect a store, we delete its access tokens and stop syncing, and you may request deletion of previously imported order data.

We share data only with the service providers required to run OrderTu (such as hosting and database infrastructure), under agreements that restrict their use of the data, and where required by law. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via our contact page. Marketplace access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a store.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the platform is role-based, sensitive actions are audit-logged, and marketplace credentials are stored encrypted and never exposed to other users.

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material we will provide notice on this page before it takes effect.
