OrderTu is internal back-office software built and operated by Cassabell to run its own jewelry business. These Terms of Use govern access to it by the staff and business partners Cassabell issues accounts to. OrderTu is not offered or sold to the public.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OrderTu you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to abide by them, do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
OrderTu is inventory and order-management software operated by Cassabell for its own jewelry business. Accounts are issued to Cassabell staff and business partners for that purpose only, and must be used lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service: • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation • To transmit any harmful, malicious, or disruptive code including viruses, worms, or trojan horses • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Cassabell, a Cassabell employee, another user, or any other person or entity • To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service or servers • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose including copyright infringement • To harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information without permission • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others or restricts their use and enjoyment of the service
3. User Accounts
Accounts are issued by Cassabell. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cassabell and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Third-Party Marketplace Integrations
OrderTu connects to Cassabell's own shops on third-party marketplaces, including Etsy and Shopify. Each connection is authorized by Cassabell through the marketplace's own secure (OAuth) flow and may be disconnected at any time. Marketplace data is used solely to run our own shops — publishing our listings and importing our own orders for fulfillment — and is handled in accordance with each marketplace's API terms, including the Etsy API Terms of Use. All checkout and payment for marketplace orders takes place on the marketplace itself; OrderTu does not process marketplace payments. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of OrderTu is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Cassabell may terminate or suspend an account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
